A SALES clerk was shot and wounded in a robbery hold-up late Monday, December 13, in Zamboanga City, the police reported Tuesday, December 14.
Police Major Albin Cabayacruz, Zamboanga City Police Office's (ZCPO) Station 7 chief, identified the victim as Marvic Bulcan, 47.
Cabayacruz said the incident took place around 7:20 p.m. Monday, December 13, in Sitio Pasay, San Roque village, Zamboanga City.
Cabayacruz said investigation showed Bulcan, together with a companion, was headed home when two motorcycle-riding men appeared and declared the heist.
He said that one of the two gunmen shot Bulcan when she resisted and refused to hand over her bag. The gunmen sped toward Capisan village.
Investigation continues to unmask the gunmen.
