FOUNDED in 2018, Hestia started out as a consultancy company. It was only during the pandemic when it decided to expand into drugs and medicine, specifically wholesale and distribution.
It didn’t take long before it made its foray into retail as well and opened its first brick-and-mortar.
Hestia wanted to create a one-stop shop for pharmaceutical and cosmetic essentials, hence, the fruition of Hestia Prime Pharmacy. Here, one can shop for essential vitamins and medicine from the main pharmacy as well as a wide selection of beauty and wellness products from the well-stocked aisles.
The Filipino-owned enterprise chose to open its first physical store in Cebu for its healthy business environment and friendly competitive atmosphere. Hestia Prime Pharmacy in APM Mall had its official opening on Dec. 15, 2021, which was attended by ambassador actor-model Daniel Matsunaga.
Positioning itself as “your home for beauty and wellness,” Hestia aims to provide Cebuanos with a customer-centered experience where they can get the best deals on their favorite products, from popular hair and skincare items to pandemic essentials such as face masks and disinfecting alcohol.
Keeping its momentum, Hestia has already acquired the space behind the pharmacy to open a medical equipment store. Another branch in Cebu next year is also in the pipeline. Part of the long haul plan is for Hestia to also manufacture its own brand of medicines and pharmaceutical drugs.
Hestia Prime Pharmacy is located in APM Shopping Mall, A. Soriano Avenue, Cebu City. Store hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. daily.
