A DRUG suspect was arrested in an anti-drug operation in Zamboanga City, the police reported Friday, December 31, 2021.
Police Lieutenant Marry Agnes Miro, Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) information officer, identified the arrested suspect as Arnold John Bacabis, 23, a resident of Santa Maria village, Zamboanga City.
Miro said Bacabis was arrested in an anti-drug operation around 4:01 a.m. Friday, December 31, in a motel in Canelar village, Zamboanga City.
Seized from Bacabis were P6,800 packed in two heat-sealed plastic sachets, a coin purse and marked money.
Miro said the suspect was placed under the custody of the ZCPO Station 11 in preparation for the filing of appropriate charges against him. (Sun Star Zamboanga)
