Grand Land showcases ribbon-inspired Christmas Tree

FOR many centuries of merry-making and spreading holiday cheer, people’s choices of themes for their Christmas trees have evolved. Not only do themed Christmas trees spice up holiday decors but they also spark creativity and tell stories worth sharing.

Grand Residences Cebu broke from tradition with its Christmas tree that does more than just dazzle, with its unique and more meaningful ribbon-inspired Christmas tree standing tall in front of its lobby.

A ribbon is a symbol of awareness and support, and for Grand Land Inc. (GLI) president, Ryan Bernard Go, “it also binds us together as community in these trying times.” GLI is the developer of Grand Land Residences.

The tree-lighting ceremony also marked the turnover of the clubhouse and other amenities, including wide range of leisure and fitness facilities to choose from.

“The ribbon is also a way of wrapping it (our amenities like a gift) and showing that we are committed to give them what we promised,” said Go.

Grand Tuners serenaded the guests with Christmas songs while they enjoyed some hors d’oeuvre. The presentation was followed by a countdown headed by the development’s vice president, Tina Pestaño.

Go also shared that their condominium projects is being considered as one of the youngest real estate developer in Metro Cebu that is successfully recognized in the real estate industry and have won Philippine Property Awards for the last several years and won awards in five categories in DOT Property Philippines Awards 2021: Best Developer Cebu, Best Investment Property for Grand Residences Cebu, Best Mid-Range Housing Development for City Homes Minglanilla, Best Serviced Apartment Philippines for Dusit D2 Residences, and People’s Choice Award.

Grand Residences Cebu, which won two of awards, has unique features. The development includes five residential towers with a serviced residences and a sizable commercial complex that offers a live, work and play environment.

“This city-within-a-city concept surrounded by natural raised lawns, and abundant sub-tropical landscaping, vine draped terrace, and generous open gardens provide ample space for leisure and family gatherings,” added Go.
