IF ASKED what I would recommend to anyone in the face of the dire prophecies I have been sharing over these many years, it is this: convert now. If you are a Catholic, drop that yearning for a new smartphone, or victory in the coming Philippine elections, or a leisure trip somewhere that pandemic restrictions allow, or just any pursuit as if your death is far away... then go first to Confession wherever it can be had and then live on with eyes more focused on eternity.
Needless to say, even non-Catholics are called to convert, too.
One of the visionaries in the Medjugorje apparitions (1981 to the present) was once asked whether she was not afraid for her children amid her detailed knowledge of the heightenting tribulations in the world as revealed to her by the Blessed Mother. Her reply was in the same vein as mine: live good lives and focus on Heaven.
The biblical signs of the times are definitely with us. For those who are too busy to see the signs, there’s the internet, specifically YouTube where an increasing number of people are posting raw videos of phenomena that intimate the signs....manifest, incontrovertible.
Catholic mystics are saying that the pace of our times has been hastened. Their messages from Heaven confirming the apocalypse continue to roll out for humanity.
Another such message was from St. Michael the Archangel who told stigmatist mystic Luz de Maria de Bonilla on January 11, 2022 as follows:
“People of Our King and Lord Jesus Christ: In the name of the Most Holy Trinity I bless you. As the captain of the armies of heaven I bless you. I call you to lift up your hearts, thought and reason so that with greater awareness you would remain certain that relationship with Our King and Lord Jesus Christ is fruitful, depending on humanity’s need to be close to the Divine Will and to fulfill it in life.
“Faith calls you to come out of personal selfishness, personal loneliness and foolishness so that you would go towards the encounter with Our King and Lord Jesus Christ. A personal relationship with Our King and Lord Jesus Christ is necessary in order for a person to put interior giving towards one’s brother and sister into action in fraternity and respect.
“Humanity: you will not overcome by yourselves! You will be prey to the wolves who look to assuage their thirst for vengeance towards the children of ‘the Woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet’
“Examine yourselves! You are walking along the path with the cross on your shoulders. Each person is tested and everyone must commit themselves to obeying Our King and Lord Jesus Christ. All must deny themselves, so that in its nothingness, the human being, convinced and converted, would be faithful to Our King and Lord Jesus Christ.
“This generation is either heading towards the abyss or towards the encounter with the Divine Will. This is why it is so important that you know and recognize the Beloved in order not to be deceived.
“The children of darkness have leapt out, have united and structured everything they need in order to go against the gift of life. The results have been satisfactory for them as a result of the surrender of human free will to the Devil and to those who represent him on Earth.
“At this time they are attacking life behind masks of good intentions... and humanity continues like sheep to the slaughter. Humanity is living in the things of the world; they do not wish to work for Our King and Lord Jesus Christ, ‘and because of the increase of iniquity, the love of many will grow cold’. They do not believe, do not hope and do not love.... You are being led to live in subjection, without air or sunlight, without the moon or the stars. Memories will be the sustenance for human beings who have become pale at the proximity of death.
“You are forgetting the Warning at a time when it is near, and when rumors of war cease to be rumors. Plagues continue to be present in great cities and small towns. Disease continues to make news, borders close and the fall of the world economy will quicken the pace of the Antichrist, who dwells on Earth beside his subjects.
“Pray for France : this nation is plunged into tragedy.
“Beloveds of Our King and Lord Jesus Christ: Onward, without stopping, without faltering!... Continue working on the spiritual path. Love Our Queen and Mother: keep in mind that you are protected. We protect you: we go before, behind, beside each one of you. Do not be afraid, do not be afraid: this is a time of great miracles.
“With my sword held high, I bless you.” (End of quote.)
As the world faces mounting tribulations, let me share something amazing from Fr.
Chris Alar, MIC, of the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception, writer and producer of the DVD series "Divine Mercy 101" and "Explaining the Faith” and author of the book titled After Suicide: There's Hope for Them and for You, as well as Understanding Divine Mercy. He is also the head of Marian Press, located on the grounds of the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
Fr. Alar (he is also on YouTube) shared the following story in his bid to promote devotion to the Divine Mercy. He wrote:
“In 2009, Fred Berretta went to New York City on a business trip. When he found he had some extra time between meetings, he decided to clear out his briefcase — a rare occurrence. In it he found an old pamphlet he’d stuffed in a pocket years ago about praying the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. He decided to pray it.
“The next day, Fred boarded a plane to fly home. Ninety seconds after takeoff, his airplane hit a flock of geese causing the engines to explode and the plane to lose power at 3,200 feet.
“Amid the panic and confusion, Fred heard the pilot come over the PA system to say, ‘Prepare for impact.’ As the ground surged into view, Fred looked at his watch. It was 3:30 p.m. We’ll let Fred take the story from there:
“‘I recalled the words I had read the day before, that nothing is refused in the three o'clock hour. I prayed with every fiber of emotion and sincerity I could muster, 'God, please be merciful to us.’
“Whether or not you know Fred, you know what happened next. Captain “Sully” Sullenberger made a historic emergency water landing on the Hudson River saving the lives of everyone on board. The event is now known as the Miracle on the Hudson.”
