On Wednesday, January 19, Capungcol will also hold an online lecture on the updated guidelines on quarantine, isolation, and testing for Covid-19, particularly for local government units, government and non-government agencies, private and public health workers, and other stakeholders.
“The Department of Health also strongly encourages eligible individuals, especially our senior citizens, those with comorbidities, and children to get vaccinated and boosted immediately,” the regional health department said.
“Vaccines are still our best defense against the virus and its variants. It is proven to be safe, effective, and free,” it added.
