Allen Dizon recipient of Hall of Famer Award

KAPAMPANGAN actor Allen Dizon will be elevated as Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (Famas) Hall of Famer this 2022 for winning five best actor awards, just like Fernando Poe Jr., Eddie Garcia, Joseph Estrada, Christopher de Leon, Charito Solis, Nora Aunor, and Vilma Santos, who are all Hall of Famers.

The Famas is the oldest award-giving body in the Philippines

These are Dizon's award winning films:

1. Latay - as the embittered battered husband in the Ralston Jover film for the 69th Famas Awards

2. Bomba (The Bomb) - as the ill-fated deaf-mute in another Ralston Jover film for the 66th Famas Awards

3. Magkakabaung - as a lowly coffin maker who accidentally killed his daughter through wrong medications in Jason Paul Laxamana movie for the 63rd Famas Awards.

4. Dukot (Desaparecidos) - as tortured activist in a Joel Lamangan film for the 58th Famas Awards.

5. Paupahan - as male prostitute turned pimp in a Joven Tan film for the 57th Famas

awards.

It seems that singer Julie Anne San Jose is open to possibilities that her friendship with Actor Rayver Cruz would lead to a meaningful romance.

Julie Anne confessed that she's very happy as of the moment. Obviously, one of the reasons is her closeness with Rayver.

"Ang masasabi ko lang, masaya maging masaya. Basta masaya, maging masaya, happy lang!

"Nasagot ko na naman ito before, e. Si Lord lang ang nakakaalam ng lahat. We'll see.

"In terms naman of Rayver is concerned, we've always been close. Sobrang close talaga namin.

"We enjoy each other's company, saka sobrang okay kaming dalawa.

"Si Rayver bestfriends talaga kami niyan ever since we've been very close. We're good friends. We've been long-time friends.

Both Julie Anne and Rayver are single now.

Julie Anne admits that her closeness with Rayver has gone deep.

"Kahit noon pa man kasi takbuhan ko na siya kapag kailangan ko ng kausap. Isa lang talaga siya sa mga taong nakakaunawa sa akin. Isa ri siya sa mga taong nagkukwentuhan ko kung ano mayroon sa akin.

"Problema ko, mga pinagdadaanan ko, like matters of the hearts, like sa family ko and with almost everything in life.

"I'm really comfortable talking about those things with him.

"Mabuti siyang tao. He's a good person. Caring siya, thoughtful siya, ang he's really someone that you can count on.

Both of them were part of the now defunct show on GMA "Studio 7" in 2018.

And for quite some time now, they've been hosting kapuso reality show "Tha Clash." They're also together in GMA's Sunday variety show "All-Out Sundays."
