Sumala ni Major Villahermosa nga nakadawat sila og impormasyon labot sa ilegal nga kalihukan sa suspek hinungdan nga ila dayon nga gikasa ang buy-bust operation.
Nakuha sa posisyon sa dinakpan ang mga pakite sa pinaugang dahon sa marijuana nga mokantidad og sobra P1.2 milyon.
Ang suspek gipasakaan na og kasong paglapas sa Republic Act 9165, kun Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 didto sa korte.
