Pangan: HOA election finally over

THE much-awaited/anticipated election of the new set of board of directors (BOD) of the Fiesta Communities Tabun Mabalacat City Homeowners Association, Inc. (FCTMCHAI) was held last Sunday, March 6, 2022, at the HOA premises. Two teams vied for the posts and the Team Tap or Team Tuloy sa Pag-asenso emerged victorious with ten out of thirteen gaining slots in the new Board of Directors.

They are Alfredo S. Ramos, who expectedly topped the HOA election because of his exposure and track record of service at HOA and Barangay Tabun where he holds the position of Chairman of the Peace and Order Committee and the reelectionists Dennis J. dela Cruz, Rod Monis, Jr., Cesar Pangan, Emmanuel P. Limpin, Angelina A. Rodriguez, Joey L. Feliciano, Joseph G. Jocson and the newbies Ador Macayan, Mar G. Montemayor of the Unified Team, Danilo Manarang, Jen Agrano and Cristy Caudilla.

The reelectionists Board members and the new additions held a meeting on March 7, 2022 to discuss their new thrusts and plans for the subdivision with the reelected President Dennis J. dela Cruz presiding.

After the election last March 6, the Board elected, among themselves, the new Managing Officers of the Association: Dennis J. dela Cruz, President; Joey L. Feliciano, Vice President, Jen Agrano, Secretary; Emmanuel P. Limpin, Treasurer and Rod D. Monis, Jr., Auditor.

In the March 7 meeting, the agenda included: the preparation and submission of the letter to Hausland Estate Management, Inc (HEMI) terminating the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) set to expire April 17, 2022; the new guidelines on security measures which Maria Veronica Luna, officer-in-charge of the security agency and guard Shihalum Abdullah, guard on duty attended; clearing operation and the designation of the officers in charge of maintenance, peace and order, livelihood and sports/events committees.

President Dennis asked for the cooperation and support of the incoming BODs so that they could achieve more for the benefit of Fiesta homeowners.

The reinvigorated Board has a new set of plans for the betterment and improvement of the lives of the subdivision's residents.

The meeting was attended by different opinions and suggestions from the new as well as the reelected directors.
