The Moderna vaccines were turned over to CDC President Manuel Gaerlan and Health and Sanitation Division Manager Dr. Clemencita Dobles.

Gaerlan expressed gratitude to PSF Chairman Manny Pangilinan and the leaders of PLDT Clark's for the donations expected to Clark Freeport achieve herd immunity.

"PSF Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan has been pushing to increase immunization rates by donating much-needed vaccines to local government units and government agencies.
