Rockwell holds Pampanga food fest at Nepo

A SUCCESSFUL gastronomic fair happened from March 26 to 27, 2022 at The Park in Nepo, Angeles City! The Pampanga food festival, dubbed Kanyaman Na! was definitely Rockwell's welcome to summer!

It showcased the passion and talent of Pampanga's finest homegrown chefs and culinary curators, as they presented their mouthwatering creations.

Highlighted by an array of the sweet and the savory, attendees feasted and indulged in the delectables of these culinary "passionistas" in an alfresco setting -- unmindful of the summer heat!

Chef Howard Dizon’s hearty Filipino dishes scored high with his big food trays of bopis, beef kare-kare, binagoongan baboy -- while the pastries like cheesy ensaymadas, chiffons, and cheesecakes of Chef Judy Uson were heavenly! Chef Pons Garcia’s authentic Kapampangan specialties were a hit -- and the native flavored empanadas of Chef Cherry Pasion-Tan's were superb!

Selected food concessionaires pitched in their equally delicious offers to the crowd during the two-day festivity. Takoyo, Smokery and El Español offered full meal deals! Infusion Quarters' coffee and non-coffee blends were tops! Partakers queued to take out ensaymadas from Cafe Hola as well as GATS egg tarts were really eggy and buttery, hmmm!

The Good Steward (tGS) boasted of their yummy cookies, and City Meat Up's yummy hotdogs were tops last weekend! With more grillers, buttery popcorn, plus fresh juices, tasty coffee blends, and live band playing 90s music, how cannot one be happier!

Well, this is just a start of something new and exciting for Angeles City and Pampanga. With Rockwell Land's entry into the region and partnering with Juan D. Nepomuceno (JDN) Realty, there will be more jobs and activity in the city. Three mid-rise residential buildings and the first Power Plant Mall outside of Metro Manila will soon develop across 4.5 hectares of land.

"Rockwell Center Nepo, Angeles will integrate the signature Rockwell lifestyle into the rich cultural heritage of Pampanga."

Actually, the first one, The Manansala has recently broke ground and set for turnover in 2025. More power to Rockwell!
