AP Partylist joins VP Leni’s grand rally in Davao

TAGUM CITY, Davao Del Norte - AP Partylist solidified its support for the Leni Robredo's presidential campaign when it joined the Davao Grand People’s Rally hosted by the Reporma Party on April 7, 2022. The campaign of Presidential candidate and incumbent Vice President Leni Robredo continues to gain ground as people of Davao del Norte and nearby areas came by the thousands to show their support.

AP Partylist was humbly represented by its First Nominee Representative Ronnie Ong who brought along with him Filipina artist Moira dela Torre for the crowd.

AP Partylist stands by Leni Robredo and believes in what she can do given the opportunity to be the next President of the Philippines. Aligned with the same goal of improving the lives of the Filipino people, the AP Partylist has established programs and initiatives helping not only the transport sector through its livelihood programs but also education of the youth through its E-skewla Hubs providing free computer and internet access to students and teachers in far-flung areas, livelihood for senior citizens, assistance for frontliners, and even advocating for animal welfare.

Also included in the AP partylist’s legislative agenda is setting into law a bill of rights for commuters via land, air or sea.

"We believe in Leni Robredo because we believe that a true leader shows up in both good times and bad times. We did that and VP Leni did that because that is our duty to the people. Kaya ngayon, tumitindig kami kasama si VP Leni," AP Partylist First Nominee Ronnie Ong said.

In a program that began early in the afternoon that lasted well into the evening, AP Partylist was joined by singer-songwriter Moira Dela Torre who expressed her support for the campaigns of AP Partylist and Leni Robredo by performing several songs at the jam packed event held at the New City Hall Open Grounds in Tagum City, Davao.

The highlight of course was the arrival of the woman of the hour, Leni Robredo, who expressed her thanks for the overwhelming support of Davaoeños.
