A 16-YEAR-OLD student was recently apprehended for allegedly selling marijuana during an anti-illegal drug operation in Bulacan province.
Police Regional Office-Central Luzon Director Brigadier General Matthew Baccay said the suspect, identified with an alias “Emeng,” is a grade 9 student and resident of Barangay 171 Bagumbong, Caloocan City.
Confiscated from Emeng was one shoulder bag containing dried marijuana leaves with fruiting tops with estimated value of P180,000.
Since the suspect was a minor, he was turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development for custody.
