New landmark in Liloan, Cebu soon to rise

You know you are in Liloan when you see vendors selling delicious masi in the streets near the San Fernando Rey Parish. Then you smell the nostalgic and sweet scent of freshly baked delicacies from Titay’s, and see the “Live. Love. Liloan” signage, plus the famous Liloan Lighthouse.

A welcome addition to what makes this quaint town quite remarkable is the upcoming Bay Mall-Liloan.

Located along the highway in Barangay Poblacion, Liloan, this four-storey mixed-use development by Vikingland, together with Topline Group of Companies—and in partnership with the Municipality of Liloan—is set to bring a whole new shopping experience to the town and a business hub to the community. The project had its groundbreaking ceremony on March 22, attended by the developers and VIPs from the local business and government sectors led by Topline Group of Companies vice president for operations Bridgitte Carmel Lim-Mueller, Municipality of Liloan Mayor Christina Garcia Frasco, Fifth District Rep. Vincent Franco Frasco and Topline Group of Companies president and chief executive officer Eugene Erik Laparasan Lim.

Ahead are what to expect with this promising development:

Array of retailers

Just imagine shopping or running some errands with a breathtaking view of Silot Bay. Relaxing isn’t it?

Bay Mall - Liloan will house the right mix of retailers from coffee shops, a supermarket, specialty kiosks, banks, fashion outlets to wellness centers—basically anything one needs so mall-goers don’t have to go from one place to another to tick off their to-do list.

New normal-ready

Bay Mall-Liloan is the first shopping center in Liloan to feature more open and green spaces with al fresco dining at any of its development’s restaurants to prioritize a safe dining experience.

Its top floor will be an open function room that can cater 500 to 1,000 people, and it will be the first and only open-air entertainment destination in the municipality facing the most enchanting part of Liloan: Silot Bay.

Business components

The mixed-use development project has been planned with both commercial and office components to add value to the dynamic business landscape of Liloan. It will also highlight IT-BPO components, which will be the pioneer in Liloan as the municipality’s vision is to generate more employees and more livelihood in the area.

Strategic collaborations will also be in the works with the local tourism and Pier88, a seaport development under Topline Group of Companies.
