DEAR Walter L.,
Now, moving on... here are more in the list.
6. Grape Juice
This juice boosts the amount of nitric oxide in your body helping with your erections. But, if you don’t like grape juice, you can go for pomegranate juice. They have the same effect.
7. Garlic
This can help to keep your arteries healthy keeping the blood flow go on and on making erections better and romance hotter.
8. Fish
Go for salmon and other fatty fish, like sardines, tuna and mackerel. They are good sources of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. These can boost your nitric oxide, lower your blood pressure and your risks for heart attack and blood clots. Be sure to get 8 ounces of these fishes a week.
9. Greens
Leafy greens are nitric oxide boosters aside from being packed with vitamins, minerals and omega-3s. Be sure to get your two to three servings in a day.
10. Peppers
The heat from cayennes, jalapenos, habaneros, and other peppers relaxes the arteries and helps blood flow to the heart and other organs, and the penis. Thus, they can also help lower blood pressure and cholesterol and thwart blood clots. So, spice up your love life with some chili peppers in your diet.
11. Olive Oil
This can help your body make more testosterone and is also full of good cholesterol helping you get rid of bad cholesterol in your body. But, go for extra-virgin olive oil where the healthy antioxidants are preserved.
Good luck!
