Through its represenatives, the Cebu Auto Dealers Association (Cada)—the local aggrupation of brand new car dealers in Cebu—submitted a Manifesto of Support for LTO Regional Director, Victor Caindec.
Among others, the group is appreciative of the efforts of RD Caindec in improving the processes, systems and facilities of LTO Region-7 ever since he assumed the position of Regional Director.
The group also emphasizes their belief that RD Caindec has, to the best of his ability and despite the constraints of limited resources in his office, performed well beyond expectations in providing better LTO services, minimizing graft and corruption, and prosecuting LTO fixers.
Cada does not share in the belief on the allegations of Red Tape and Corrupt Practices levied against RD Caindec. On the contrary, it believes that RD Caindec has consistently adhered to the Citizens Charter of LTO. PR.
