They are the women and men who can rise above their own personal interests and put the welfare of the Filipino people above everything else. Ang forum gisugdan sa pamahayag sa rationale ni Atty. Maria Jane Paredes, trustee sa Cebu Caritas Inc., sakop sab sa Good Governance Committee.
Matod ni Paredes nga ang Caritas nakahukom sa pagtukod sa komitiba niadtong Hulyo 2021 tungod kay ang organisasiyon nagtuo nga “it is important that in everything that we do — whether it be about fulfilling our roles at home, in the office, in our barangay, in our church, and, most of all, in our country — we live and breathe good governance.”
Matod niya nga maorag lisod huna-hunaon ang maayong pangagamhanan, apan kini may labot diay sa ka makiangayon, integridad, kasihag, ug kaakuhan.
“We believe that these universal principles of good governance should be practiced and embedded in everything that we do. Until eventually, it becomes a way of life for all of us,” dugang niya.
