Human natapos ang piniliay niadtong Mayo 9, gipahinumdoman sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) ang mga kandidato nga mosumiter sa tagsa-tagsa nila ka statements of contributions and expenditures (SOCEs) sulod sa 30 ka adlaw.
Kini maoy gipahibawo ni Atty. Jerome Brillantes, elections supervisor sa Comelec Cebu Province sa Mayo 11, 2022.
“Hopefully you will file your SOCE at this time as early as possible mas maayo. Our deadline will be on June 30,”matod ni Brillantes sa Mayo 11.
Ubos sa Section 14 sa Republic Act 7166, gitahasan ang tanang mga kandidato ug ang treasurer sa usa ka political party nga moduso sa tibuok, tinuod, ug itemized nga statements sa tanan nga mga kontribusiyon nga nadawat sama sa mga donation, loan o advance ug ang nagasto sulod sa adlaw sa pagsugod hangtod nahuman ang campaign period.
“No person elected to any public office shall enter upon the duties of his office until he has filed the statement of contributions and expenditures herein required,” saysay sa maong lagda.
Sa Pebrero 8, 2022 nagsugod ang pagpangampanya sa mga kandidato sa nasudnong posisyon, samtang sa Marso 25, 2022 usab nagsugod ang pagpangampanya sa lokal nga posisyon.
