SIX new coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases have been recorded in Pampanga on May 14, latest data from the Department of Health showed.

This brought the total number of active cases in Pampanga to 67 cases.

At least four of the new active cases are from Angeles City, while the two other cases were recorded in other areas in the Pampanga.

Total confirmed cases in the province now stand at 88,438. Of these cases, 86,515 have recovered. Covid-19 deaths stood at 1,856.

Pampanga’s bed occupancy rate among its 45 health facilities is now at 1.4 percent, which is lower than previous weeks.

The dwindling number of Covid-19 cases has resulted in lesser bed occupancy in 45 health facilities of the province. Some 702 beds are currently available.
