THE Cebu2World Development Inc. (C2W) and the Cebu City Government have agreed to hold the nightly market at the Carbon Public Market for three days per week instead of its original plan of only one day per week.

Market Administrator Raquel Bohol-Arce said on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, that instead of holding it on Sunday every week, C2W and city officials decided to have the night market done for three days from Friday to Sunday, 5 p.m.

until 10 p.m., based on the request of the vendors.

It will be held in an open space near the viaduct at the South Road Properties on Fridays and Saturdays, while on Sundays, the night market will be installed on ML Quezon Blvd., along Unit 3.

Aside from the usual general merchandising, the night market will also feature its own “food street” where the public can be treated to different street foods.

There will also be a live band that will entertainment the customers.

Aside from the entertainment, a mass will also be held at the Sto. Niño Chapel at the Senior Citizens Park every Wednesday and Sunday.

The mass will be held at 5:15 p.m. every Wednesday and 4 p.m. on Sunday.
