THE total number of active coronavirus cases in Pampanga is now down to 26 cases with another 17 active cases in Angeles City, according to the May 22, 2022 data in the official coronavirus tracker of the Department of Health (DOH).
The total active cases in Pampanga including Angeles City are at 43 so far.
The total number of confirmed cases in the Pampanga since the start of the pandemic rose to 88,472 cases with 86,573 recoveries.
Coronavirus-related deaths in Pampanga have reached some 1,856 cases, according to the DOH.
Pampanga has reported some 32 coronavirus cases in the last 14 days, while Angeles City reported some 35 cases for the same period.
No one died of the virus in in the entire province in the last 14-days.
Majority of the 45 health facilities in the province are now experiencing a decrease in the number of bed occupancies.
The rate of occupancy in the region is currently at 1.1 percent, slightly lower than in previous days. This means that 730 of the 738 hospital beds in Pampanga are currently available.
