Uban sa 21 ka affirmative votes, walay negatibo nga boto ug abstention, giaprobahan sa Senado ang Senate Bill (SBN) 2450, usa ka balaudnon nga naghatag og permanenteng balido sa mga sertipiko sa live birth, kamatayon, ug kaminyuon nga giisyu, gipirmahan, gi-certify, o gi-authenticate sa PSA , NSO ug mga local civil registries, ingon man ang mga taho sa pagkatawo, kamatayon, ug kaminyuon nga narehistro ug giisyu sa Philippine Foreign Service Posts.
Basta ang dokumento magpabilin nga wala maunsa, mabasa, ug makita gihapon nga adunay mga bahin sa pagkatinuod ug seguridad.
