A BUSINESS unit of the Gothong Southern Group inaugurated its new head office in Cebu, Friday, May 20, 2022.
Led by its chairman and chief executive officer Robert Gothong, Yello X Supply Chain Solutions inaugurated its new Cebu head office located along Arellano Blvd. at the North Reclamation Area in Cebu City.
The new landmark, aptly named Yello X Technology and Logistics Centre, is a smart building and will be occupied by the Yello X Supply Chain Solutions Visayas Team as well as Gothong Southern Freight teams.
According to Yello X chief exponential officer Terrie Abad, the new building uses a state-of-the-art Smart Building Management System which controls building automation, an integrated locking system, human presence/motion sensors and a smart fire detection alarm system.
The building benefits from generous natural lighting and a Solar Photovoltaic System.
“We’d like to contribute to saving planet Earth in line with Yello X’s environmental sustainability efforts,” Abad said.
Yello X chief operating officer Erick Chua explained that “Yello X is a technology company that happens to be in the supply chain industry.”
