NEGROS Oriental History & Heritage Society held its fourth meet on May 15, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Café Mamia in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. Discussions included the May 18 International Museum Day, May 27 National Flag Week, May 28 Heritage Clean-Up Drive, June 14 Kapihan sa PIA, the Buglas Reading Club session, and membership updates. The group aims to elevate Dumaguete City as the hub for history and heritage in Negros Oriental and to be an effective professional portal linking relevant organizations, programs, information and activities so that the public can confidently access historians and historical resources, and strengthen the history sector through networking and cooperation.
