According to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)-Northern Mindanao, most of the overseas manpower services job posts are bound to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Japan and Romania.

There are no extraordinary requirements to be prepared by the jobseekers, DOLE Regional Director Albert Gutib said.

He encouraged those who are interested to apply to pre-register at http://jobfair.dole10.net/ and present the code emailed to the provided email address to DOLE-10 verifier at the registration desk on the day of the job fair.

As of June 9, a total of 2,508 applicants have already pre-registered in DOLE's system.

The DOLE regional director further said that only those who are already vaccinated are allowed to enter the event center during the job fair.

The job fair on June 12, 2022 is the second face-to-face job fair since the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in 2020. The first was during the Labor Day job fair on April 28, 2022 at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP).

"Kaning atong ipahigayon nga job fair, usa kini ka programa sa National Employment Recovery Strategy sa gobyerno aron mahatagan nato og assistance katong mga employees or workers nga naapektuhan diri sa maong pandemya," Gutib said.

A one-stop desk of services will also be stationed at the Limketkai Mall event center, which will be participated by the Regional Coordinating Council-member agencies.
