TWO people were arrested in separate anti-drug operations in Zamboanga City, the police reported Saturday, July 11, 2022.

Police Colonel Alexander Lorenzo, Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) director, identified the arrested suspects as Raymond Geronimo and Nestor Don Rebollos.

Lorenzo said Geronimo was arrested in a buy-bust operation Friday, June 10, at Martha Drive in Santa Catalina village, Zamboanga City.

Seized from the suspect’s possession were some P20,400 worth of suspected shabu and P200 marked money.

Lorenzo said that Rebollos was arrested Friday, June 10, in Tugbungan, this city.

Recovered from the suspect’s possession were some P3,400 worth of suspected shabu and P500 marked money.

Lorenzo said they were detained pending the filing of charges against them. (SunStar Zamboanga)
