Yes. You have heard it right. The US FDA has just authorized ultrathin panties that you can wear to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted diseases during oral sex.
According to the company website, these underwear, sold as Lorals for Protection, are single-use, vanilla-scented, natural latex panties that cover the genitals and anus and block the transfer of bodily fluids the entire time during oral sex. You can get them in packages of four for $25. Since it is not yet available here in the Philippines, you can get them online through the website. This is actually a good development and an advancement in the prevention of STIs during oral sex. The FDA gave a node before with oral dams to prevent the spread of STIs during oral sex. But, these oral dams are very unpopular because you have to hold the dam in place during oral sex. How inconvenient could that be? That’s very unsexy.
These kinds of panties are very beneficial for those who have STIs that could be spread with oral sex – like herpes or warts. This is a great help to reduce anxiety.
These panties are of one size only. But fits women with waist and hip sizes from 26 to 51 inches. One word of caution. Lorals contain natural rubber latex which can give allergic reactions in some individuals. So, if you are allergic to latex, sorry, this is not for you.
