THE Zamboanga City Government has completed the construction of the P6.8-million infrastructure project for the village of Labuan, Zamboanga City.

The project, a multi-purpose hall, was turned over Wednesday, June 22, by Mayor Maria Isabelle Climaco-Salazar to the village council of Labuan.

On behalf of the council, Labuan Village Chairperson Ronald Maravilla received the project from Salazar in a simple turnover ceremony.

Salazar said the project is intended for outdoor activities such as assemblies or gatherings and even for sports and recreational purposes.

The project was implemented upon consultation with the barangay officials, Salazar said.
