Bible verses in trikes, public places pushed

MABALACAT City Mayor Cris Garbo has bared plans to place Bible verses inside tricycles and public places all over the city.

Garbo said this will bring inspiration and constant spiritual guidance to the people of Mabalacat.

Garbo said he will ask the city council to push for the Bible verse ordinance requiring all public tricycle drivers to place biblical passages in their sidecars.

Garbo said he asked the local pastors to provide scriptures to be placed in strategic locations and public areas of this city once the ordinance has been implemented.

“I’ve been asking all the pastors to contribute Bible verses, mamiye la pung Word of God. Maging guiding light la ngan pu reni because the Word of God doesn't see any denomination. Ala pung matsura keng Salita na ning Bibliya," said Garbo.

"Deng tricycle buri ku mangabit la naman Salita na ning Guinu keng gulut da reng saken ra ampo keng kilub. Pagawa keng ordinansa ita, emila dinan prangkisa patse ala lang makanyan," he added.

According to Garbo, the Bible verse ordinance will bring spiritual discipline and nourishment to the residents.

Aside from this, the word of God may also give regular encouragement and motivation in the daily lives of the people.
