Food is the way to every Filipino’s stomach, and Café UNO isn’t one to disappoint. This unlimited buffet restaurant located in Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino Mactan has opened its doors to the public once again.

Led by executive chef Flosander Taborada, a meal at this luxurious restaurant is guaranteed to satiate any food cravings and leave all customers thoroughly satisfied with a full stomach.

Chef Sander has been an active member of the culinary world for 12 years and counting. He has a diverse background in both local and foreign cuisine, particularly Indian and Thai. As the head chef of Café UNO, Sander isn’t afraid to serve authentic dishes that are currently trending. He has noticed that while food trends used to focus largely on Western and Mediterranean cuisine, the spotlight is slowly shifting towards South Asian cuisine.

Since it is close to the airport, Café UNO usually offers mixed international cuisine to ensure more guests feel at home, but Chef Sander enjoys tweaking dishes and certain themes to offer up more variety. The restaurant also varies its menu depending on special holidays such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.

Café UNO offers a breakfast buffet service that’s available daily from 6 to 10 a.m. Its lunch buffet service is available on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., while the dinner service is open on Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Customers who miss out on the breakfast buffet are welcome to enjoy the brunch buffet every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
