Kini ang gibutyag ni Barangay 23-C Kapitan Alimoden "Wating" Usman diin abtik sab nga nakigkoordinar kanila ang lokal nga kagamhanan sa Siyudad sa Davao alang sa mga pasiunang ayuda sama sa pagkaon ug mga matulogan nga mga tulda.
Samtang giingon ni Kapitan Usman nga nagpadayon ang assessment sa mga social workers gikan sa City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) alang sa ayudang pinansiyal.
Una nang gikataho nga natumba nga katol ang hinungdan sa kalayo, diin dali sab kining mikanit sa kabalayan sanglit sagad gama sa mga light materials.
