THERE'S no upward trend on the number of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases in Negros Occidental, an official of the Provincial Health Office (PHO) reported yesterday, June 28.

PHO Medical Specialist 3 Dr. Jessica Fama said that only one Covid-19 case was reported in the province on Monday, June 27.

On June 26, there were two reported cases, zero on June 25, and three on June 24, Fama said.

Moreover, Fama reported that the province's Covid-19 vaccination status as of June 28 is 69.75 percent for individuals with at least a dose.

For fully vaccinated individuals, the province noted 64.47 percent output and 59.04 percent for fully vaccinated senior citizens.
