THE City of Talisay-Traffic Operations and Development Authority (CT-TODA) has started its information dissemination program notifying motorcycle drivers that they will no longer be allowed to use inner and middle lanes of Cebu South Coastal Road and N. Bacalso Avenue that are under the city's jurisdiction, but only the outer lane or the bike lane.
This is to avoid accidents involving motorcycles that usually occur in the area.
The information dissemination will last for a week. After this, the CT-TODA will then implement the order.
