THE Army’s 1st Infantry “Tabak” Division on Monday, July 11, 2022, welcomed the two newly assigned personnel to its command during the regular flag-raising ceremony at the Tabak grounds.
The two personnel who were newly assigned to the Tabak division included Captain Swee Lin Ruinata and Master Sergeant Rorie Richi Acasio.
They were welcomed by Brigadier General Jose Randolph Sino Cruz, the newly installed acting commander of the 1st Infantry Division.
Ruinata, a nurse, is a member of the Technical Administrative Service Pre-Officer Training (Taspot) Class 14-2013.
Ruinata was previously assigned with the 3rd Infantry Division from 2018 to 2022.
Acasio served in the 1101st Infantry Brigade of the 11th Infantry Division based in Sulu.
Acasio was a graduate of the US Sergeant Major Course in 2021.
Meanwhile, Major Mujib Ladjabuan, the division chaplain, received the award of the Military Merit Medal and Command Plaque after serving the Tabak Division for almost seven years.
Likewise, Genalyn Cruz, a midwife of the Kuta Cesar Sang-an Station Hospital, was presented a Plaque of Recognition by Sino Cruz, for her dedicated service to the Tabak Division and the Armed Forces of the Philippines for 31 years. (SunStar Zamboanga)
