Rafi-DACF launches campaign for children in Cebu City

THE Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (Rafi)-Dolores Aboitiz Children’s Fund (DACF) has launched its “A Chance to Grow campaign,” a public fundraising campaign that aims to provide children a chance to grow and build a foundation for a healthy and productive life.

The campaign is divided into two parts.

First is the health and nutrition for Cebuano children. Under this, Rafi-DACF and its partners aim to raise P1 million for the supplemental feeding of malnourished children in Cebu City.

Second is the renovation of Balay Amuma daycare center.

Rafi-DACF is accepting donations from organizations and individuals for the renovation of Balay Amuma’s daycare center that was badly affected during Typhoon Odette (Rai), which struck Cebu on Dec. 16, 2021.

The gathered funds will be matched by Rafi to rebuild another child development center in Cebu City.

Rafi-DACF has encouraged the public to help in building a better future for children.
