MAYOR John Dalipe has welcomed the entry of Futura Vinta, a mid-rise residential enclave of the Filinvest Land Incorporated, in Zamboanga City.
This, as officials of Filinvest Land Incorporated launched Friday, July 8, the Futura Vinta, one of Filinvest Land's landmark projects in Mindanao.
Futura Vinta will be home to two condominium buildings complemented by generous amenities and lush open spaces. Filinvest Land is investing over P1.3 billion into the first phase of the development.
"We are proud to say that the first condo development in the Zamboanga Peninsula will be here in the heart of Zamboanga City. Futura Vinta is now part of our region's history," Dalipe said.
