Ang proyekto mohatag sa agro-entrepreneurs o mag-uuma sa pag-ayuda sa ilang kita, pagdugang sa kapasidad sa micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) pinaagi sa pagbansay ug suporta nga teknikal aron makakuha sa tabang pinansiyal o puhonan.
