Angeles City logs 16 new Covid-19 cases

THE city government has recorded 16 new active cases of COVID 19 on Friday.

This has brought the active cases in the city to 57 as of July 15, 2022.

Based on the local government's records, 12 of the 57 active cases are from Barangay Santo Domingo, seven are from Malabanias, and four are from Cutcut.

Barangays San Jose, Santo Rosario, Pampang, Lourdes North West, Tabun, and Anunas recorded three cases each.

The villages of Pulungbulu, Sapalibutad, Amsic, Cuayan, and Balibago reported two cases each.

On the same day, two patient recoveries were reported by local health officials.

No new mortality was recorded as of Friday, according to the city government.

Mayor Carmelo "Pogi" Lazatin Jr. earlier urged his constituents to practice self discipline and continue observing health protocols to prevent infection and resurgence of the virus in the city.
