THE Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) has distributed certificates of land ownership award (Cloa) to 19 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in the province of Zamboanga del Norte.
The recipients of the Cloa, which were distributed Friday, July 22, 2022, are the ARBs from the municipality of Godod, Zamboanga del Norte.
Rizzel Villanueva, Zamboanga del Norte provincial agrarian reform program officer, who led the distribution, said the Cloa the members of the ARBs have covered a total of over 54 hectares of land.
The members of the beneficiary ARBs expressed their gratitude to the government, through DAR, for awarding them the land they have been farming for years.
The distribution of Cloa was witnessed by Marcelino Soroia, chief agrarian reform program officer, Godod Municipal Administrator Ferdinand Cavoberde, Poblacion Village Chief Lorna Ducal and Reverend Richie Calaycay. (SunStar Zamboanga)
