THE HomeSourced Sportsfest 2022 kicked off Sunday, July 24, 2022, at the University of Southern Philippines-Foundation (USPF) in Lahug, Cebu City.

HomeSourced Inc. president Austin Anderson said the first-ever HomeSourced Sportsfest 2022 is organized not only to strengthen the bond among employees but also for everyone to have a break from work through healthy activity.

Anderson and co-owners Ellen Escribano and Anne Cubar-Paracuelles declared the games opened at the USPF grounds.

“We are holding this to give our employees a much-needed break as they put in so much effort and hard work to help the company grow this past three years. We are also excited to see everyone in one place outside the confines of the office just simply enjoying themselves and having fun,” Anderson said.

Agents are divided into different teams and will participate in events such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, chess, tug-of-war, and mobile legends.

The event started with the parade of colors followed by a short program and the presentation of muses for each team. It was well-attended by agents and their families as well as the top executives of the company.

Rica Mae Salomago won the best muse award.

Games in different ball games started yesterday and will wrap up this Sunday for the semifinal and final rounds.

HomeSourced is an outsourcing company that started with just three employees helping out clients from the solar industry in the US providing support such as VAs, AutoCad, Accounting, Permitting, Sales Support, Video Editing, and Creatives among others. It has now expanded to serve other industries as well and has grown to more than 500 employees in three short years. (with PR)
