AROUND 3,000 people have availed the free services during the Talisay City Government's charitable activity dubbed "Aksyon Agad" on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at the Sta. Teresa de Avila Parish in Barangay Poblacion.
Services included legal advice, immunization for dogs and cats, haircut, tasting of cakes produced during the cooking demo and free medical and eye checkups.
Mayor Gerald Anthony "Samsam" Gullas personally witnessed the activity held inside the church's compound.
Aksyon Agad will be brought to every barangay in the city every Thursday to make services accessible to the constituents.
Talisay City has a total of 22 barangays. (BBT, TPT)
