Located at the mall’s Skyline, Everything but Cheese (EBC) officially opened its doors on July 29.

Satisfy your cheese craving with EBC’s wide variety of cheesy dishes including their bestseller cheese fondue, cheesy baked rice meals, mac ’n’ cheese, cheesy dips, and even cheesy desserts.

EBC originated as a food stall in the streets of Plaza Hugo, Sta. Ana Manila. It quickly gained a huge following because of its unique best-tasting cheeses as the main ingredient of its food selection.

EBC started out as an idea to introduce the diverse culture and variety of cheeses to the Philippines instead of the few traditional kinds of cheese that we are used to.
