CAGAYAN de Oro City is still under Alert Level 1 from August 1 to 15, 2022, according to the Department of Health (DOH).
Cagayan de Oro is one of the local government units that remain under Alert Level 1, while other areas where there is an increase in Covid-19 cases and low vaccination rates have been raised to Alert Level 2.
Areas in Northern Mindanao under Alert Level 1 are Camiguin, Bukidnon, Misamis Occidental, Misamis Oriental and Iligan City.
Lanao del Norte, on the other hand, was placed under Alert Level 2.
Under the Alert Level 1 status, minimum public health standards, such as wearing of face masks and physical distancing, will still be enforced.
Establishments will be allowed 100 percent maximum capacity.
