Gunman kills 2 Basilan electric firm workers

TWO utility personnel of the Basilan Electric Cooperative (Baselco) were killed in a broad daylight gun attack Tuesday, August 9, 2022, in Isabela City, the capital of Basilan province.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Junpikar Sitin, Isabela City police chief, identified the victims as Alvin Pangilinan, 53, and Reymond Singson, 35, both linemen of Baselco.
