WSP USA Solutions, Inc., a U.S. firm contracted by the United States Agency for International Development (USAid) to implement the Logistics Services in Mindanao Program (USAid Logistics), invites interested firms to submit proposals relative to the subject procurement.
The Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, expertise and management to accomplish all required tasks and deliverables. They shall also provide and accomplish the following:
Four (4) experienced, trained and skilled Security Guard (SG) personnel Duties and Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:
Entry and exit guard’s inspection control
Roving of the offices and garage perimeter areas
Employee and visitor identity verification
Incident documentation and reporting to WSP management
Ensure the safety of non-life and life assets of WSP
Subcontractor shall conduct periodic site inspections, training, and monitoring of SG personnel
Offerors must describe the proposed management and security strategy and approach to achieve the proposed Scope of Work
Period of performance: 8 Months with possible extension on an annual basis

Interested parties are invited to submit technical and cost proposals for this solicitation, which will be reviewed by USAid Logistics in accordance with U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. The contract will be awarded to the offeror who best demonstrates the ability to provide the required products/services and to supply the required products/services at the most reasonable price. This will be a firm fixed-price contract.
