PASIGARBO sa Sugbo, Cebu Province’s “festival of festivals,” returned on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2022, two years after it got shelved because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The cultural event, participated by 50 contingents, was part of the month-long celebration of the Province’s 453rd founding anniversary.
Spectators on the streets and at the grandstand of the Cebu City Sports Center were treated to the contingents’ dance performances.
