Pangan: Relief for HOA members

SINCE Fiesta Communities Tabun Mabalacat City Homeowners Association Inc., (FCTMCHAI) took over full management and operations of Fiesta Communities subdivision from Hausland Estate Management Inc., (HEMI), its former managing agency, FCTMCHAI seems to be coping well with the change in the management affairs of the community.

Now tasked with garbage collection/disposal, security and streetlights, FCTMCHAI has formed committees and key personnel to handle the new-found responsibilities.

It's been two months since FCTMCHAI took over the full operation of Fiesta Communities. The Memorandum of Agreement forged between the Association and HEMI in April 2017 expired five years later in April 2022 and the Board of Directors of FCTMCHAI deemed not to renew it, hence, the turnover of responsibilities and, hopefully, the assets of the Association.

Recent events show that FCTMCHAI is managing well the affairs of Fiesta Communities Homeowners Association, headed by Dennis J. dela Cruz as President.

The current Board of Directors of FCTMCHAI are: Dennis J. dela Cruz, Joey L. Feliciano, Jennifer O. Agrano, Emmanuel P. Limpin, Rodolfo D. Monis, Jr., Angelina A. Rodrigues, Joseph G. Jocson, Cesar M. Pangan II, Dominador Macayan, Cristy Caudilla, Danilo S. Manarang, Alfredo S. Ramos and Mar G. Montemayor while the Managing Officers are: Dennis J. dela Cruz, President; Joey L. Feliciano, Vice President; Jennifer O. Agrano, Secretary; Emmanuel P. Limpin, Treasurer and Rodolfo D. Monis, Jr., Auditor.

Overall, the CBMS aims to come up with a data-driven, evidence-based compilation of data which could aid greatly in the LGUs' handling of sensitive data including demographics, gender and age classification and other important data.

This initiative of the Mabalacat City LGU, through CPDO should be replicated by other LGUs in the country.
