ACES & QUEENS, the country’s leading beauty camp that provides training and coaching to several international title holders from the Philippines, conducted a two-day boot camp for 15 candidates of the Miss Bacolod MassKara 2022.

Carlos Durana, pageant chairperson of Miss Bacolod MassKara, said the candidates got their coaching and training from this reputable beauty camp to guide them in their journey in the upcoming pageant in October.

Aces and Queens were behind the successes of Miss Universe 2010 fourth runner-up Venus Raj, Miss Universe Philippines Director and Miss Universe 2011 3rd runner-up Shamcey Supsup-Lee, Miss Universe 2012 first runner-up Janine Tugonon, Miss Universe 2013 3rd runner-up Ariella Arida and Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.

They are the same camp who trained Miss World 2013 Megan Young and Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa.

Durana said that this year’s pageant goal is to produce competitive title holders who are qualified to vie for national pageants such as Miss Universe Philippines, Miss World Philippines, and Miss International Philippines.

Out of the 90 girls who went through a rigorous screening, only 15 were selected to compete for the most coveted crown of the Miss Bacolod MassKara 2022.

Day 1 topics included the Talent Scouting and Management by Jim Ryan Ros and Pasarela by Miss Universe Philippines 4th Runner-up Billie Hakenson held at the Miguel Hall, Northwest Inn, Bacolod City on August 27, 2022.

In day 2, they were trained on personality development by Mike Andrei; wardrobe and styling by Mike Andrei and question & answer by Kali Navea-Huff held at the Lorenzo Hall, Northwest Inn, Bacolod City.

They will be presented soon as the city prepares for the most awaited Super MassKara Festival this coming October, he said.
