ABC Prime Incorporated and Briamy Realty Corporation hosted a topping-off ceremony for its flagship project, ARC Towers on Aug. 25, 2022. The three-tower mixed-use project is located in downtown Cebu City, right at the heart of the Metro, making it accessible to the general public.
The project has surpassed the milestone of achieving one million safety hours with zero casualties. ARC Towers architectural design won the 2019 Philippine Property Awards, which consequently fortified the name of ABC prime and Briamy Realty Corporation in the real estate industry. It paved the way for ARC Towers in becoming a representative for the Philippines in Asia’s Property Awards.
The first tower will have a 23-story residential and retail building while the second tower is meant for both residential and commercial purposes and its third tower will be dedicated to hotel use and office spaces.
In the same ceremony, the team of engineers and architects responsible for the successful turnout of the maiden project were given plaques of recognition.
