APALIT The Pampanga Electric Cooperative III (Pelco-3) is offering an installment payment scheme to its consumers for their August bill.
Pelco-3 General Manager Elizabeth Urbano said consumers can split the payment of their August bill on the months of September and October.
No interest charges will be added on the said electricity bill, added Urbano.
She also said that no disconnection activities will be conducted to consumers who will not be able to settle the bill until October.
Pelco 3 said the payment scheme is aimed at offsetting the high electricity rate during the month of August.
The P15.8090 per kilowatt hour rate became a subject of complaints of consumers due to its high disparity from other electric service providers in other towns and cities.
Pelco 3 serves the town of Sto. Tomas, Minalin, San Simon, Apalit, Macabebe and Masantol.
